leafy, open suburb of Worongary is
predominantly acreage. Positioned around
20 minutes from Surfers Paradise and
Main Beach, its proximity to the
business districts of the Gold Coasts
provides comfortable spacious living
without being too remote. Homes built in
this area are generally large and
prestigious with stunning views back to
the east to Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach
and Burleigh Heads.
Many homes at the St Andrews Heights
gated estate are built on an acre of
land. The estate is elevated and
surrounded by green parklands and bush.
The majority of the residential
buildings are prestigious and quite new.
Pioneer Downs is also located within
Worongary and is renowned for streets
named after local identities. Robina is
about 10 minutes drive away and provides
the nearest large shopping complex and
railway station. The Pacific Motorway is

A family-oriented area, the only school
in the suburb is Worongary Primary
School. However, there are a large
number of other schools in the adjacent
suburbs of Merrimac and also Robina.
