Been with Michele at Vibe since July 2013 to Jan 2020 as a tenant and find her to be a great person and Property Manager. She has been a fair person whom I would recommend as a Property Manger, to an Investor or to us as tenants. She looks after your property, so assets is kept in top condition, with regular and fair inspections. For the tenants, requests are considered and her bond assessment was mutually agreeable, including points of concern.
